Research on brothers Peter & Raymond Conklin

Conklin Research Info
 Peter and Raymond Conklin arrive from New York City via the orphan train
 to Kansas in 1916.  Peter goes to the Clyde Taylor family in Wilson county but by
 the 1920 census he was living with Ora Noaks family of Greenwood county Kansas.
 Raymond goes to the Cal M. Harbour family in neighboring Montgomery county.

 Peter (1905-1963) remains in Kansas the rest of his life. He served in WWII in a
 naval construction batallion.

 Raymond (1908-1976)  leaves Kansas sometime after 1920 ending up in the Detroit
 Michigan area working  in the auto industry when he  enlists into the army for
 WWII.
