Research on sisters Beatrice and Anna Virginia Blackford

 1910 Union County New Jersey census showing Beatrice and Anna Virginia
 in the orphanage.


 Beatrice Blackford arrived in Kansas in 1911 via the Orphan Train and went into the
 home of  John and Ada Miller.  Beatrice took the last name of Miller.   Beatrice
 remained in Kansas and died in 1974 and  is buried Lyon county.   She married
 John Fowler in 1925 and had one son named John L. Fowler.

 Anna Virginia Blackford arrived arrived in Kansas in 1911 via the Orphan Train and
 went into the home of Charles and Nellie Howard.  She never married and died in
 1988 and is buried in Osage county Kansas.  She took the last name of Howard but
 her adoption was not completed until 1945 when they finally got her birth certificate
 info.  Note, on the adoption papers she had several alias as a child, 
 Anna Virginia,
May Elizabeth, Anna Elizabeth.
